CD Key already redeemed - help please

OK, after setting up new zone name etc, when it comes to the spot to put in my newly purchased cd-key, it says its already redeemed.

Can someone let me know whats going on, will they supply us with another, or is it going to be fixed up?

Well, I emailed Jessica and I emailed the other Tech Support as well.

I got the download, got the cd key, and they won't let me in..

This really sux...
