I believe I'm having the same problem as Pellinor, so I figured I'd draw some more attention to this problem, in the hopes that we'd be helped. One character, my mage and main, is stuck - I cannot successfully log in, I get a Client error while entering the world. All my other characters, I can log on just fine - with, or without 3rd Party Programs running. I have re-installed Asheron's Call, and done all I can think of, deleted cookies, empty old internet cache, re-configured ports. Nothing, not a dirty thing has worked. I am so extremely frustrated at the moment, any help would be appreciated. Here are some details;
Entering Yaraq portal in the subway, I got the first instance of this Client crash, since then (It's been a day and a half) I haven't been able to log into the game with my main.
Dx 9.0b, Updated video drivers, updated sound drivers, mouse drivers - new drivers for everything (I reformatted a week ago)
AMD Barton 3200 Chip
1gig Ram - PC133 DDR I believe (don't quote me)
Nvidia 5200 Ultra 128mb card
Creative Live! Sound blaster
Via chipset mobo (drivers here are updated also)
Cable connection - through Gigafast router; parts ARE opened.
Again, I can enter the game with every other bleedin' character, except my main. Any help would be great, an idea I haven't thought of - something.
