How does this happen

I have 2 accounts. Until 1 month ago i have mainly played on the Darktide server. On my main account I have started some characters on the Morningthaw server inorder to play with some of my friends that have gone there. When I go to Morningthaw on my 2nd account it says that I have been banned for using software that speeds up the game. Now, I have never used speed software or have ever been banned before, but that doesnt matter really. What I want to know is HOW THE HECK someone can get banned from a server when that server has NEVER, YES NEVER, had a character made on it with that account.

Hello, is someone there just trying to get every subscriber you have to go mad and leave.

all right, I might have kinda figured this out. my friend whom i gave access to is trying to load up my 2nd account on his computer. every server he trys to go into, he gets booted from. he gets a message stating that he is using some kind of speed software. it then tells him that he has been banned. while its kinda funny, that is my account he keeps getting banned for every server i have him try. he only runs AOL and AC. so what is the problem here. he has no speed programs. he doesnt even know what one is. im just trying to show him the damn game to get him addicted too.

whats with this auto speed detection program of yours now. could that be causing the problem.
