Log In to Tech Help

Well i tried to log in with my Boards id and password that didnt work , then i tried with my msn password and id that did'nt work how do you log in to see the help pages ?

So what Exactly do i need to log in with to check stuff ?

Hiya.

I purchased a new account yesterday, I have the CD code and I registered it with a new E mail account and a new Zone name.

Obviously I have all the details for this acount because im paying for it.

However I logged on this morning only to find the new E-mail acount associated with this new account does not exist, I reregistered the e-mail acount with exactly the same details and was able to set it up again.

But now the new AC account I just purchased was not there. The Zone name i registered this new AC acount was not available when i was setting up my nickname. I tried Zone help and it told me i had to sighn in so i sighned in on my old account and then was told that I could only change the nickname on that account so i tried to sighn in on my new email account but was told. I was unable to use a different Zone name with this account as it was already in use????

Is my new AC account lost or is there a way or cancelling it and buying a new one (this time trying not to make mistakes) or is there a way i can reclaim the account by recalaiming the zone name associated with the new account.

I can only assume the problem was with MSN/Zone as i was on my new e mail account yesterday and put it on my MSN list for easy access but today it didnt exist.

I am not the best with computers but i really have tried everything i can think of, maybe you can help me here?
