PKL Issues

A couple of things about PKL need to be fixed.

First, there are alot of poeple who go pkl and just try to make people mad. No buffs or anything. Add a timer from when you die via PKL untill you can go pkl again.


Second, remove the Lifestone protection from people who go pkl right after death.

Taking out pkl completely is just about the only fix. :)

I have an idea, whenever someone types /pklite or whatever the command is to go pink, telelport him to a BZ altar automatically
