Corrupt or Missing data

Ok, I was playing on FF having a look inside a sing trove. My power went out, and when i tried getting back in game, the April Event splash shows up as a blank rectangle, and then when i try to enter game i get 'Corrupt or Missing data (region information) Exiting'. Same thing happened when I tried to get on HG. Anyone have an idea on what to do next?

Did a re install from cd then a portal.dat d/l, took some time but this fixed me up.
