I just updated my PC that runs ICS from Windows 98SE to W2K. I have 4 PC's altogether and they have ran AC on all 4 great until the upgrade. I didn't need to open any ports with Windows 98 it just worked.

I have found the ports I need to open but am having trouble figuring out how to enter them. When I go to Add an application to the ICS settings It has:

Name
Remote server port number:XXXX with the option of either TCP or UDP
Incoming response ports:XXXX, XXXX, XXXX-XXXX in either TCP or UDP.

My problem is the info from you on the ports needed for AC don't make much sense when it comes to ICS.

Connection Port(s)
Initial UDP Outbound 9000 <- is this the remote(trigger) port?
Subsequent UDP Outbound 9004, 9008, 9012
Subsequent UDP Inbound 9000, 9001, 9004, 9005, 9008, 9009, 9012, 9013
and
Connection Port(s)
Initial UDP Outbound 9004
Subsequent UDP Outbound 9000, 9008, 9012
Subsequent UDP Inbound 9000, 9001, 9004, 9005, 9008, 9009, 9012, 9013

I have tried entering these in varies formats with no luck. I get to the connection vials that fill, but nothing further. Any ideas?

When it was on Windows 98SE the ICS worked great with no configuring.

Anyone using ICS on W2K with any luck? if so, what am I missing?

Thanks
