I agree. No insight whatsoever on the boards from any of the tech support folks.

Kinda distressing when devs will post over and over about some small PvM or PvP issue and not address customers having legitimate tech issues.

This forum is not the main support site although there is a link to it within the sticky.

This forum is a place for gamers to help each other possibly faster than Turbine support can thus enabling them to deal with the more serious issues.

If you have a serious issue maybe you should "ask a question" via the actual technical board.
