HI!
I stopped playing ACDM 2 years ago, but now I'd like to play it again. Although I have an issue with my resubscription (please find the mail I sent to zbilling@... support below), I'd like to know whether there is a chance I can get my characters back (in other words, have they been expunged from the server since) ??

I have been playing Asheron's Call a few years ago, and bought both Asheron's Call and the extension Dark Majesty.
I stopped playing in 2002 (or the like). Now I'd like to play again, but I am unable to subscribe again to the game using the Subscription Access Number that have been provided when I bought the game boxes.
I used exactly the same passport id than the one I used at this time when playing : [my passport]
I followed the "subscription" link at http://classic.zone.msn.com/asheronscall/default.asp and selected Asheron's Call Dark Majesty. However, after selecting the "Montly Subscription" links, the web page requires me to enter a subcription coupon. Then, I enter the coupon that are on the CD of the game, but it is refused, with the following explanation:
"The Subscription Coupon Number you entered has already been redeemed".
Is there a chance that I can get my former characters back with this account ?
