View Full Version : Need assistance with CD key problems.

I am trying to resubscribe an account that has been inactive for about a year. When I log into .Net and go to the subscription screen, I get a window saying that I have no subscription information, and need a CD key to continue. As I said, this account was at one time active, so I shouldn't need a new CD key, should I?

I've tried going through both the ACDM subscription screen and the AC screen and got the same message both ways.
