My husband and I haven't played Dark Majesty in over a year. We went to subscribe and it asked us to enter the number off the jewel case. It says that has already been used. We know this but is there a way around this or a certain way to resubscribe that I am missing? I have tried calling no one is there and I have written no response. Please someone help with this. Thanks :)

So, you logged into your Passport account, went to Subscriptions and get a window asking for your jewel case number that you can't get past? When I log into my never-remember-my-credit-info-so-it-never-autorenews account, I get asked to pick my game (ACDM), submit, get addressed by my Zonename and told I don't have an account. scroll down, click on Monthly Subscription and then put in my info.

If you don't get that, it sounds like your Passport is either not the correct one, or no longer associated with your Zonename and account. In that case there is a link in the sticky posts on this board that can help you.
