banned from Zone.com

Today, I was playing, raiding to be exact, in Holtburg with some friends of mine for a short while.
after which I went to a small dungeon to help a friend lvl his newb.

I leave my house to run some errands.

Errands finished I grab some McDonald's, turn towards home and arrive only to find that I have been banned from all Zone.com services.

no clue as to why, I check my email. I find an email notifiying me that my account has been permanently banned due to a chargeback on my credit card. I check my bank statement to see that my zone billing was proccessed and approved on 6/07/04.

I email the given address to assess the situation and I get the following response:

Thank you for writing to Microsoft Customer Care.
Your Zone name has been permanently banned from logging in to the MSN Gaming Zone due to Code of Conduct violations. You can review the Zone Code of Conduct at http://zone.msn.com/zzzz/hframe.asp?Topic=1

I was never informed of a CoC violation IG and the first notification I recieved told me it was a payment issue. I'm very angry and very worried.

what should I do?
P.S. that CoC link doesn't even work :\

Call your bank and see if there was a charge back / disputed charge with MS Zone. If there wasn't get the contact phone number from the CC/bank statement and give MS a call. That's the only way it's going to be handled.

If that doesn't work get everyone in your community and the surrounding communities to start a riot and take over microsoft. Then promote me for given you the advice and we'll call it even.

I can't tell you why you were banned, but I can assure you that it was not due to any in-game incidents. Our bans aren't Zone bans currently.

To get more information you'll have to contact Zone support.

problem now is, microsoft is giving me the run around now. I've gone through 4 different email addresses and the only answers I've managed to come up with is

I'm still banned.

No progress has been made so far and I'm getting angry.

I hate to say this, but I think you're screwed. Same thing happened to me a while ago and I didn't do anything wrong. Was just banned one day. I just started a new account...
