im sorry to brother you but im haveing trouble & wonder if you might be able to help me,hello my name is thandor on frostfell i have been unable to get the 3rd window to pop up on the areithe im level 250+ i have done the quest many time , but no one want to listen to me when i say i got a bug the first day it came out . i died on the 3rd level the verey first time i did quest & have not been able to fix the problem of opening the 3rd window can you help me in any way , please help me
