not true. i have 3 times that many in hand and loot black market regulary.hand holds as often as the other 2. and you DO have to go pk to get to it. you have to be pk to take the flags from monsters..not even other pkers and pk /pk lite hads NO place on white servers. and then the loot in there is usless even the best 200 mill could be made faster hunting. have they even added a point to rising in rank in society? i mean all that mindless agravation to get the items only to feel burned at trade in. like when is turbine gonna think what can we put in thats fun ,instead of how badly can we agravate our good coustomers. cheeze and rice the monsters/quest should somewhat match the reward. and why are we letting turbine get so slack and behind in the patches.not to mention the content. WAKE UP they work for us and we pull the purs strings not the other way around. use your intelect and will power to pull the strings to get them back in line..patches come out in the fitst 2 days of the month not the last 2. content should be fun not agravating and monotanus. 100th patch roflao there are many more then that on maggies. it was simple a late and very sorry aug patch.. same with october..very late which is unexcuseable and nothing new in fact was just junk that should have been in the first place . why is there any item that does not stack? why are items you trade 10 to 1 so hard to find? why are there places maxed ,majored ,tricked out toons get slapped around like noobs? like wtf ppl ?why are we letting them get by with this? use your power of the dollar to force them back into line.

It honestly feels like doing the society quests aren't even worth their while, you can get rewards much quicker and much easier if you do quests like Aerebax which yield 5 pulls of the chests.

The way i see it is the society quests are for solo players and small guilds to complete their suits and spell sets, and the epicish quests like Aerebax are for larger guilds to complete their suits and spell sets.

Now there's no reason they can't be equally difficult, yield the same rewards and be for two different types of players.

The rate at which you get pulls off of the chests in the society keeps is really low, you basically only get to pull when you advance a rank and there's a limit on that. The number of trade tokens you get versus the amount required to buy one pull (50 tokens) is laughable. Why don't the amount of tokens you get increase as you do the higher level society quests?

And why isn't there a decent reward for being a master. 50 commendation ribbons for ONE trade token when you need FIFTY to get a chest pull (for spells) is terrible.

There needs to be two paths to the same objective, one for the solo player and one for the group player.

As it stands you are left in the dust unless you have a lot of people to play with all the time.

depending on which aerbex, the most i remember is a 4 pull key NOT 5. but varies based on which aerbex, 1, 2, or 4.


88 tokens + 400 ribbons if you do all quests every 7 days, at master 50ribbons=token so that is 96 tokens a week or: 3 society chests an 21 tokens for next week; 1 society, one tier 8 and 21 tokens for next week; or one teir 8 and 46 tokens for next week.

so if you invest a massive amount of time into doing every single society quest you can get at best almost 2 pulls of a tier 8 chest.


whereas if you spent the hour it takes to run aerebax plus a little extra time preparing for it you can get 4 or 5 (that's what i've been told) pulls for far less work.

that's the complaint.

it does not take an hour to run arebex, IT takes about 8 folks to run the aerbex citadel quest to get the 4 pull key. THE key difference there from your statement and mine, is you need way more then yourself!

aerbex human some folks can solo in about 20 minutes, but that is a single pull key.

aerbex shadow needs 8, 9 or MORE folks to get (i think) a 2 pull key.

most of, if not all of the society quests can be evnetually accomplished solo.

i realize all of that, and that's what i spelled out in my original post.

the quest lines are for people in large guilds to obtain pulls from the chests and the society quests are for solo players to obtain pulls from the chests.

it just so happens that it is far easier to obtain the pulls by being in large guild and not playing solo.

there is literally no reason to get to master in a society, that's my issue. there should be a more substantial reward for getting the top society rank.

ok Ill make this simple and plain.I started ac in aug 2000.Ive played wow and alot of other games but somehow always came back to ac.but I think im done,its a slap in the face,to all the loyal customers that ac has had and thy wont try to improve the one thing that will really breath life back into ac. lets face it the only game that turbine has thats kept players longer than 6 months is ac.turbine has always been the no we cant do that company but yet somehow in the not to distant future thy do it.few things pets??wth are thy god for??just so we can say we got pets...sigh..want good feedback....here it is..get off your asses and try to use the ac2 graphics engine to the ac1 customers,lets face it .if it wasnt for them your company would have been sol long ago.if not ac2 then whatever but dont keep adding these lame patches and expect to keep well me around for much longer.what was once a leader in MMORPG has become a joke.want new players? want good responses ?wanna make old players come back?hell wanna make the ones who pay you now happy??DO SOMTHING WITH THE GD graphics.if you ban me or remove it because somone told it how it is....just another nail in the coffin.its a shame...ta ta and gl

This update should have included the new world to be All PVP. A new PVP server is the only way to prevent the slow death of darktide. New players now have such a difficult time in darktide, and it would be great to have the competitive atmosphere of old arise again.

Hell, it would be nice just to reset the game back to the way it was years ago with the new patch. Make atlan weapons and hollow weapons something again. The weapons are so good now that there is no real interest for a new player besides powerleveling...

LOVED the patch. The societys are awesome. Letting players choose what quests to do in order to advance in the society is most welcome. Some are melee friendly, some are mage friendly, some take co-op...I love the mix and the options. I know that the PK element irks some people, but that was also exciting and alot of fun. All in all, great job, and keep the new content coming!
