So are SIKs still worth anything?
I have a pack full of them on an old mule, I just don't know if they're worth anything...

You can get ring/wall spells from steel chest using those.

In addition to ring and wall spells, they are also the only way to get Blast and Volley VII spells. Now that you can make VIII versions they aren't as important though.

not exactly, they can be turned in for items and some exp, it's like a slot machine: sometimes stuff to sell, sometimes yellow ape isle recall gems, sometimes xp.
this would be the _____ NPC in the hidden room, beyond the pain bringer quest.

Returning player here so I apologize if this is a stupid question, but do you still have to find the (SIK) chests in the direlands? When I last left the game SIKs would only yield spells from random spawn chests in direlands, the chests in dungeons only had loot. So I guess I'm asking if this is still the case.
