Video problems - screen shifted left

Just restarted the game and having video problems. All of the initial screens including the first screen where you create a character is shifted to the left. Part of it (~25%) hangs off the screen while there is a black area to the right. I can't see how to adjust it.

Windows Vista, 64bit, sp2
GTX 285 video card, drivers up to date
Direct X 10

Tried changing resolutions, but didn't help.
