Wouldn't implicated work though, because you are "implicating" or putting this system in place for use. But yeah, your probably right...

I am all for some type of lotto system but would rather have items (like double epics) rather that MMDs. I remember posting something a few months back about "lotto scratch offs" or something like that. Example: 1 ticket = 10 MMDs
Odds of winning....this is just a rough plan
1 in 3
1 in 5 (mana shard)
1 in 15 (item with random double maj)
1 in 25 (MFK)
1 in 40 random teir 1-3 rare
1 in 50 (Item with Epic/maj)
1 in 100 (random Double Epic)
1 in 1000 (high teir rare)
1 in .....well u get the point.

Just think it would be a fun addtion to the game. No idea what is involved in adding something like this but unfortuntally I doubt Turbine will ever add this. One can wish right?
