10th anniversary and the Temples

So people can plan, it is our intention to reset all the Temple of Forgetfulness and Temple of Enlightenment quest timers for the 10th anniversary patch.

Someone should set up a board for how long it will take, after the 10th Anniversary patch, before someone whines/complains/starts a thread that the timers need to be reset.

My guess is 42 days.

cool, i think i will unspec sword and bow and get spec war so i can get the kill on prodigal harbinger and then switch back after

yeah, it sucks when the mere presence of a mage with tusker fists and a shimmering isparian wand (and not dying) means no other character class can get the kill. it is pretty ridiculous if you ask me.

And again when 10th goes live.

Why does picking up the gem that reduces an attribute count as one use, and picking up the gem that raises an attribute count as a second use, when you must combine both together in order to actually transfer points from one attribute to the other?

I thought one points transfer would count as one use, but it actually counts as two.

They do, each attribute gem is on its own timer so all the rising ones are on one track, the lowering ones on another. Basically you can do 9 rise and 9 lowers right away.

yeah but leveling mages sucks. they deserve something. look at how many things an archer or melee can kill faster than a mage can.

I'm glad they're doing this, but I have no doubt players will be complaining after the next race is released (and/or the race after that), for another reset

I think they should have waited until all the new races were in game

Errr... this thread shouldn't have been bumped, because now people are going to see the headline and think a respec is coming soon if they don't read closely.

Hopefully the mods can disappear it.
